Summary: visualization plugin settings not saved on close
Product: amarok
Version: unspecified
Platform: Gentoo Packages
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: amarok-bugs-dist kde org
ReportedBy: raw dmon org
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.2)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
OS: Linux
When using xmms visualization plugins, after configuring them the changes do actively take effect but as \
soon as Amarok is closed and reopened the plugins return to their default settings. This is anoying \
because I have one 3d visualization plugin that looks horrible when transparency is not enabled for each \
visualization. Every time I use this plugin I have to go in to the configuration menu and enable \
transparency for each plugin individually as there is no option to mass modify. It would be nice to see \
Amarok save the plugin settings. I am filing this as a bug because the plugin configuration menus give \
the option to save the settings. It's missing background functionality that is offered in the interface. \
