That's actually what dynamic playlists are for.  Feed a dynamic playlist with 
the all collection smart playlist, and you'll have continous random music 
forever.  Of course, you can use smart playlists to feed dynamic mode in lots 
of different ways, limiting by genre, artist, label, etc.
