Here's the tapetype I use for the drive inside my EXB-10i: 

define tapetype EXB-8505 {
    comment "ExaByte EXB-8505 drive with 160m tapes"
    length 5750 mbytes
    filemark 48 kbytes
    speed 474 kbytes
}

Tape type is only for the drive inside the changer. The changer is a
separate adventure.
