I noticed a problem with 0.99.32 in that when adding VBR mp3s via the
add and loading playlists with VBR mp3s i get errors from alsaplayer and
it either locks up ..pauses for a long time.. .or crashes altogether.
This does not happen when supplying a VBR mp3s by argument, only when
adding via the playlist. Nothing like this occurs with 0.99.31. Both
were compiled on the same system with the same libs and same compiler
made with the same CFLAGS so i dont think there is a problem with it
being unstable libs or what not.

I compiled with the options   ./configure --enable-esd=no
--enable-sparc=no --enable-oss=no --enable-sgi=no --enable-nas=no;
Nothing about the gtk libs are changed, and when using the core
alsaplayer executable with the UI from 0.99.31 (did not make install but
rather ran app/alsaplayer <mp3> ) it did not have the playlist problems.

errors that occur when trying to play a VBR added with the add button in
playlist and load button but not at the same time.

           Blocktype == 0 and window-switching == 1 not allowed.

           big_values too large!

The second is not usually fatal. but will lock up alsaplayer
indefinitely.

Just wondering if there is a fix i can put it or what .. this problem
does not affect fixed rate mp3s at all in the playlist which is weird i
would think because it has no problem at all if i make install 0.99.31
and then run the alsaplayer progrm from 0.99.32 without installing all
the other libs and such from 0.99.32.
