Oh, and BTW, all Centipede projects *need* the descriptor to be in the 
CVS, because Centipede uses it for the build...

... so that each project has its descriptor in its CVS. And using the 
descriptor for centipede builds (ie normal builds) will make it more 
uptodate than it can ever be.
