I'll assume this error came up in smit, while trying to add the queue.


Copy the files in

/usr/lpp/printers.rte/inst_root/var/spool/lpd/pio/@local/smit

to

/var/spool/lpd/pio/@local/smit

That should fix it.

Hello to everybody....

I attached a printer on my F30's parallel port, the printer device was
created (lp0) but when I'm trying to install a que on that device I'm
having  this error @ the smit.

1800-106 An error occurred
=A0 0782-626 Opening the ODM class  "sm_cmd_hdr" failed (odmerrno is 59=
08).
=A0 Use local problem reporting  procedures.

Any suggestions? Thanx for your time...
