Generally this is not a problem, it found a bad block on the drive.  If you
start seeing it happen like regularly, or quite frequently, then you need
to talk to your IBM Support Rep.  However, keep in mind that they are going
to have to make that disk completely unavailable and unused to replace it.

I'd really need to see the rest of the error report.
It's probably nothing serious if it's just a TEMP error; not a reason to
replace the disk.
