OK, I found them

These are sub file sets of X11.loc.EN_GB and bos.iconv
And I had to place the cdrom into the server and install them.

I am trying to install en_GB locale packages but it is complaining
About following pre requisites.

bos.iconv.en_GB           4.1.0.0         Base Level Fileset
X11.loc.EN_GB.base.rte    5.3.0.0         
X11.loc.EN_GB.Dt.rte      5.3.0.0         


I have searched every single CDROM that we have but I can't find above file
sets.

Any one knows if I can download these packages from IBM or how can I install
these.
