Look in crontab -e,

In diag, you might try to tell aix/sp this part was "replaced".
Diag, diag routines, verify. That might work.

Subject: bad power supply

Hi All,

I have a p630 with 2 power supplies. One of them isn't working, but we
want to keep it in place to keep dust and dirt out of the server. The
bad
power supply isn't plugged in. When the p630 is rebooted, there are
messages etc about the malfunctioning power supply. I can see this
power
supply with lscfg -pv | grep -p PS. Is there a way to make AIX not
"see"
this power supply anymore so there aren't any error messages except if
the
remaining power supply is having problems?

Thx, Nadine
