easiest is to add an alias for the new address and start pointing people to it, then \
during an outage, change the address.

Subject: Ip address change

Admins,

New to AIX and have probably a simple question. I know there are a few ways to \
change an Ip address and was wondering which would be the easiest on a live system. \
System is running 4.2.1.0 and I need to change the Ip address of the machine. Thanks \
in advance.
