Hi!

We have some stragne situations too, but
one problem in dlapar was caused by faluty ethernet cable (DLPARs depeneds
very much on network communication)
and other was suddenly resolved after machine reboot full power down ..
(like PC I'm affraid)
I suggest to do power down on the whole machine and than try again
