Hi,

have a look at the Service Guide
http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/pseries/library/hardware_docs/sa38/3805
58.pdf and there Chapter 7. Service Processor Menus. For me it sounds more
like a Service Processor Parameter issue than a firmware problem.
