Good day!

Sometimes, I see following message in my log:

Aug  4 01:49:20 zefir kernel: Saw underflow (4096 of 4096 bytes). Treated as error

What's the problem and how can I solve it?

My system is Linux-2.4.16 and I use Adaptec-29160:
