Good day allAccording to section 5.5.1.1.1, the latter part states that "LI=
Rs assigning address space allocated from AFRINIC are also ADVISED TO ADOPT=
 a set of policies consistent with the policies described in the CPM"
Does this imply that the LIRs are at liberty to formulate their own policie=
s based on whatever interpretation given to the general policies as stated =
in the CPM?
If yes,=C2=A0Are there specific guidelines/policies to curb the possible ad=
verse effect this might have?
