A 64Kb connection in Comoros costs around US$ 2,600/-.  A static IPv4 
address costs around US$ 60/-.  Comoros does not show up in the 
statistics for IPv4 and IPv6 addresses from AfriNIC.  There are two 
IPv4 /24 announced by Comoros organizations and another two IPv4 /24 
going over satellite links.

It's too expensive to relocate to Comoros and you don't have IPv6 anyway. :-)
