Nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter =E0 rejoindre le Forum sur le peering=
en Afrique Centrale (FPAC), un =E9v=E9nement important dans l'=E9cosyst=E8=
me du peering et de l'interconnexion de la sous-r=E9gion d'Afrique centrale=
. Depuis son lancement en 2020, le forum ne cesse d=92attirer diff=E9rents =

=E9rateurs mobiles, op=E9rateurs de points d=92=E9change Internet (IXP en a=

ent, Fournisseurs d=92Acc=E8s Internet (FAI), Agences et Autorit=E9s de R=
=E9gulations, D=E9veloppeurs de contenu digital, etc.
Le FPAC 2023 se tiendra en pr=E9sentiel, en marge du Salon OSIANE<https://w=
ww.osiane.cg>, entre le 26-27 avril 2023 au Palais des Congr=E8s =E0 Brazza=
ville, en R=E9publique du Congo. Pour les participants distants/en ligne, l=
e forum sera retransmis en direct. La langue principale de communication se=
ra le Fran=E7ais, avec une traduction simultan=E9e en Anglais.
L'=E9v=E9nement se d=E9roulera en fran=E7ais, avec une interpr=E9tation sim=
ultan=E9e en anglais.

=93Towards a Sustainable and Dynamic Peering and Interconnection Ecosystem =
in Central Africa=94
We are delighted to invite you to join the Central Africa Peering Forum (CA=
PF), an important event in the peering and interconnection ecosystem of the=
central Africa sub-region. Since its inception in 2020, CAPF has been attr=
acting various players of the peering and interconnection ecosystem from th=
e Central Africa subregion and beyond.
This unique platform acts as an enabler for the local and regional players =
to network and exchange ideas and best practices. These players include, bu=
t are not limited to mobile operators, ISPs, IXPs, regulatory authorities, =
government agencies, content creators, developers and distributors, etc.
The CAPF 2023 will be held in person between, along side OSIANE<https://www=
.osiane.cg>, between 26-27 April 2023 in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, at=
=93Palais des Congr=E8s=94.
For remote participants, the event will be live streamed in French, with si=
multaneous interpretation in English.
