I think the case of security as stated by RW is one i agree with although i am not \
too sure alienating ourselves from ICANN which she has done (they should hold their \
meeting and go back home) sends a very good signal.

Very clearly from the other meeting locations, security can be very ambiguous and \
ICANN would be wrong in pulling out of the meeting because of some concerns that \
don't necessarily make the foreign delegates targets - they didn't do this in any of \
the other countries that IMHO and as relain by RW posed graver risks.

Albeit, i must say any efforts to ensure their personal safety like change of meeting \
location et al should be considered reasonable bearing in mind their circumstance(not \
on ground - so their bound to see thing differently than we do)
