Cc's,

Has your country gone through a recent change that has affected your ccTLD, domain or IP
addresses registration?

I am interested in hearing about any cases on legal, regulatory or deregulatory reform
that may affect or may have affected ccTLDs and domain registration especially in the
Africa region. In some cases, these have had a bearing on IP addresses as well.

I am aware that such recent changes have taken place in Kenya, South Africa and Tanzania
where it led to a ccTLD redelegation in some cases.

In other cases like in my Malawi and in Zambia, such reform is said to be in progress as
authorities are going through legal reform of the basic ICT act or law that may affect
the ccTLD

Thanks in advance for any input.

Regards,

Paulos
