I've not seen files like them before either. Two different people have
added such files some time apart though, seemingly generated by the
same javadoc run as the 'expected' files, so presumably theres some
trick to causing it that it would be good to prevent. Especially if
they arent really used (though it seems odd they got created if they
aren't).
