When transport is interrupted and there are unacked messages in the consumer, they \
are not properly cleaned, so we can get unmatched acknowledge exceptions after \
transport is resumed.

Also, we need to force ack if it doesn't happen in certain timeframe, since the \
current behavior can lead to hangs when consumer is interrupted often.
