Actually it looks like you have a conflict between framebuffer, RNG
driver, and timer:

i810 TCO timer: I/O address 0x1060 already in use
i810_rng: RNG not detected
radeonfb: cannot reserve FB region

Try to disable second and third.
CONFIG_I810_TCO=n
CONFIG_INTEL_RNG=n
