The following feature request may be of some interest (a business user
might find it profitable to sponsor work tailoring Abiword for their
purposes)

[Abiword] should have style and diction plugins

Please direct any future questions to the Abiword user mailing list.

You might also want to read the document on support expectations
http://www.abisource.com/support/expectations.phtml
as it gives an important view of what you can expect.

If you have not done so already you may also want to check out
OpenOffice.org which provides many more features than Abiword although it
is not as sleek and speedy as Abiword.

Sincerely

Alan Horkan
