Hi list!

Open Text Summarizer 0.4.0 is released! 

This is the first release since the implementation of grouping and stemming \
and the move to xml.  This version rocks thanks to the help of Dom , Andrew \
, Marc and everyone else who helped in code, translations or in spirit.
