I use AbiWord 0.9.6.1 under Linux
My AbiWord is in « /usr/local/AbiSuite/AbiWord »
I've american.hash and french.hash in « /usr/local/AbiSuite/dictionary »

I'm sorry to tell again the problem existing for poor english users
with lacking of using-method for great questions read here!
I have great difficulties to understand messages succession on
the subjects which greatly concern me, and maybe the solution to
my question was given... but I've not understood !... 
For the dictionary, when I enter a document, AbiWord says:
« Ne peut charger le dictionnaire pour la langue "fr-FR". »
I'm ready to try all "easy to do" thing!...
