ok. let's fix it to a two-day meeting
at tuesday dec 21 and wednesday dec 22.

The meeting will be at our university
in Enschede, the Netherlands.
On tuesday we will be in room 5126 of
building 'zilverling' (building 11).
(wednesday room(s) still to book :-)
maybe 10:00 am is a nice time to start?

already passing by on monday is fine too
(for sape's lecture, or just because your
 travel schedule gives you some time to kill).
guess some (most?) people will be arriving
sometime on monday, so maybe we can set up
a way to meet on monday (exchange cellular
phone numbers? my office phone?)
so people can have dinner or drinks together.
(as mentioned before, sape will also lecture
 on dec 24 - staying for that is fine too,
 even though I will not be there.)



The university website lists some practical info,
including a map of the university and
a sub page on accomodation (hotels and guest houses), at

if you need help, let me know - our secretary will at least
know which places she usually recommends (but be aware I'll
be away from email for the next two weeks).

The ``mattrass on the floor'' option at mechiels
or my place (maybe 2 or 3 persons at each location)
still stands (see previous mail; please contact us in time).


I already mentioned the wavelan - people bringing wifi,
let me know your mac addresses (and I'll see what I can do).


If there are other things you feel should be arranged
and I omitted them here - please let me know.
Be aware: most likely I'll not be reading email next two weeks!
