Hi !

I was wondering what was the necessary steps to add an application to KDE.

I'm the author of Gwenview ( http://gwenview.sourceforge.net ), an image 
viewer for KDE. Apart from bug reports :-), I often get messages from 
users telling me it would be great to have Gwenview in KDE. I thought 
for a long time that this was not a good idea, because there's already 
an image viewer in KDE (Pixie, then Kuickshow). However since there 
seems to be a need, I dare to ask :-)

Except for the name which might need to be changed (A G-App in KDE !), I 
  think Gwenview would fit well in the existing environment. It's pretty 
stable (and will be even more once I release my new version this week), 
has a simple user interface translated in 12 languages (including 
english) and doesn't relies on any external libraries.

What do you think about this ?
